Overview

Polaris UK Ltd sought a solution to ensure their ProductWriter Cloud service remained fully operational before their clients accessed it each morning. The objective was to build an automated process that could log into the ProductWriter Cloud, perform a series of key tasks and confirm that all functionalities were working as intended. The solution also needed to provide clear, actionable reporting for stakeholders.

The Ingenuity Solution

Ingenuity developed an automated surveillance testing system tailored to Polaris UK Ltd's requirements. This system logs into ProductWriter Cloud every morning, executes a series of predefined tasks and captures screenshots to validate that all aspects of the service are functioning correctly. The results are compiled into a detailed report, including screenshots, and automatically emailed to stakeholders before the start of the business day.

To ensure accuracy and reliability, the testing solution leverages AI-powered text recognition for seamless navigation and verification within the cloud environment. Additionally, Ingenuity implemented a contingency mechanism, running the automated process on a second independent machine with a five-minute delay, guaranteeing 100% redundancy.
